Freightos Limited reported preliminary results for its fiscal Q3 2025 that show steady growth and continued momentum toward digitization in the global logistics industry.
Freightos is a Barcelona-based digital freight booking and payment platform. The company recorded approximately 429,000 transactions during the quarter. That’s a 27% increase from the same period last year and slightly above management’s forecast range of 419,000 to 425,000. Gross booking value rose 54% to $336 million, also surpassing company expectations. Freightos defines gross booking value as the total dollar value of freight sales processed on its platform. Both metrics mark Freightos’ 23rd consecutive quarter of record transaction growth.
Most of the gains came from the company’s WebCargo platform, which connects freight forwarders and carriers for instant rate comparison and booking. The carrier portal component, which allows airlines and cargo operators to manage and price capacity directly online, also posted robust growth during the quarter.
Freightos transactions in Q3
Freightos reported 77 carriers with more than five bookings were active on their platform in the third quarter. The company said the new additions included a mix of major flag carriers, niche cargo operators, and regional general sales agents. With most large airlines already participating, Freightos expects future growth to come from regional or specialized carriers as smaller operators increase their digital capabilities.
On the buyer side, Freightos reported 20,600 unique users, reflecting continued adoption among freight forwarders and logistics providers. The company noted that user growth in its WebCargo segment was partly offset by a decline among small and midsize customs-clearance customers in North America, citing market uncertainty.
CEO Zvi Schreiber said the results reflect the growing network value of the platform as more participants connect. He described Freightos’ model as one that “enhances efficiency and connectivity across the freight industry” and said digitization is becoming the “standard mode of operation for international shipping.”
The preliminary figures are subject to revision ahead of the company’s full earnings release. Still, the results indicate Freightos continues to expand its role in the digital freight ecosystem at a time when logistics providers are under pressure to modernize operations and improve transparency.
