TV personality Maria Menounos has listed her longtime Encino mansion for $6.995 million, two decades after she and husband Keven Undergaro made the sprawling California estate their home.
The 48-year-old media personality’s six-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom residence hit the market for just shy of $7 million, offering a rare glimpse inside the property that Menounos has called home for much of her career.
As per the listing, which is held by Andrew Manning of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, the residence spans 5,145 square feet and sits on 0.8 acres in Encino’s sought-after Rancho enclave, where it is tucked away behind towering hedges and gates.
“Hidden behind towering privacy hedges in Encino’s famed “Rancho Estates,” this multi-structure tennis court compound delivers the ultimate sanctuary where high-end luxury seamlessly meets practical family livability,” the listing describes.
The property, which was built in 1938, was snapped up by the couple in 2005 for $2.3 million, and in the decades since, has been “renovated to perfection.”
The luxe dwelling has been designed for “grand-scale entertaining” and “everyday wellness,” as per the listing.
Upon entering the home, guests are greeted with checkered flooring and a grand staircase.
The living room is the perfect place to unwind thanks to its cozy fireplace and French doors that open to mature landscaping.
Menounos has been open about her attachment to the property over the years, even offering a look inside one of its most unique spaces—her elaborate private screening room—in a 2017 interview with the Los Angeles Times.
At the time, Menounos revealed that she and Undergaro transformed what had once been a classroom into an extravagant home theater complete with 15 reclining leather seats, beds for napping, and its own bathroom and shower.
The space became a favorite retreat for the couple, who Menounos said would sometimes spend entire weekends there watching movies and TV shows.
But the screening room is just one of a lengthy list of amenities found throughout the expansive compound.
The home boasts a renovated open-concept kitchen designed to serve as a central gathering space, while dual staircases lead to the upper level, where the secondary bedrooms sit alongside an expansive primary suite with generous closet space.
Elsewhere on the grounds is a separate gym overlooking the swimming pool, as well as a detached guesthouse that can double as an office or creative space.
Perhaps unsurprisingly for Menounos, who has spent decades working in television, radio, and podcasting, the property also features its own separate podcast studio and side office.
Entertainment is a major focus throughout the estate, which includes not only the indoor theater but also an outdoor screening area and a separate barroom designed by “Bar Rescue” star Jon Taffer.
Outside, the grounds offer a private swimming pool, tennis court, and sprawling lawns surrounded by mature landscaping.

Menounos has lived at the property for around two decades, with public records indicating the home last traded for $2.3 million in 2005.
Over the years, the residence has served as the backdrop to major milestones in Menounos’ personal and professional life.
She and Undergaro, who began dating in 1998, tied the knot during a live New Year’s Eve television broadcast in 2017 before celebrating with a second wedding in Greece the following year.
In June 2023, the couple welcomed their daughter, Athena, via surrogate.
The home has also previously been offered as a luxury rental, hitting the market for $40,000 a month in October 2025 before the asking price was lowered to $35,000.
Now, Menounos appears ready to officially part ways with her longtime residence, placing the estate on the market for $6.995 million.
