JAGGAER has named Andrew Roszko as its new CEO.
The appointment signals a strategic push to accelerate the company’s e-procurement capabilities and expand its use of artificial intelligence across its Source-to-Pay platform. JAGGAER is a global provider of AI-driven procurement and supply chain solutions.
About the new JAGGAER CEO
Roszko joins JAGGAER from Descartes Systems Group, where he served as chief commercial officer. He also played a key role in scaling the company from $40 million to more than $700 million in annual revenue. He has over 20 years of experience in building SaaS businesses across logistics, supply chain, and enterprise technology sectors.
The leadership transition comes as organizations across industries face mounting pressure to modernize procurement functions, improve supply chain resilience, and adopt more automated, data-driven systems. JAGGAER said Roszko’s appointment reflects a commitment to meeting that demand through innovation and customer-focused growth.
“JAGGAER has a rare opportunity to redefine intelligent procurement,” Roszko said in a statement. “With our unmatched expertise, customer-first culture, and AI innovation roadmap, we’re ready to unlock new levels of value, resilience, and growth — for our customers, our partners, and our people.”
JAGGAER’s cloud-based Source-to-Pay platform, branded as JAGGAER One, is used globally to support procurement, supplier collaboration, and compliance in complex and highly regulated industries.
The platform leverages artificial intelligence to:
- Automate purchasing
- Manage supplier risk
- Provide end-to-end supply chain visibility
The company has approximately 1,200 employees and more than 30 years in the procurement technology space. It said Roszko will lead efforts to scale AI adoption and expand the platform’s capabilities across both direct and indirect spend categories.
JAGGAER’s board also said it expects Roszko’s leadership to “further solidify its position as the leader in intelligent procurement.”
