Ballwin, MO (ZIP 63021) ranked No. 4 with a $350,000 median and a 22-day selling pace, while Jefferson City, MO (ZIP 65109) ranked No. 20 with homes listed at $363,000. Closer to Ohio, Bexley (ZIP 43209) landed in the top 10 with a $439,000 median.
