Todd Nepola has snapped up a sprawling $5.25 million Miami Beach estate for “Real Housewives of Miami” cast member and his ex-wife, Alexia Nepola—one year after they finalized their divorce.
The luxury home, which is located in the Ritz-Carlton Residences Miami Beach, comes complete with three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and was designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect, Piero Lissoni, as per a press release shared with Realtor.com®.
Devin Kay of The Exclusive Group at Douglas Elliman represented the seller in the transaction, while Todd represented Alexia, as first reported by The Real Deal.
The home’s exterior is the epitome of luxury thanks to its white facade and wraparound windows.
Upon entering the home, guests are greeted with an expansive floor plan with soaring ceilings, an all-white aesthetic, floor-to-ceiling windows, and French doors that open up to the backyard and offer a glimpse at the resort-style pool.
“Set on the largest interior villa lot within the development, the home features floor-to-ceiling glass, a Boffi-designed kitchen with Gaggenau appliances, Crestron smart home technology, and access to private marina and Ritz-Carlton amenities offering a seamless blend of privacy and full-service living,” the press release reads.
The chef’s kitchen boasts the same luxurious charm thanks to its large island, state-of-the-art appliances, and white cabinetry.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a chic breakfast table, complete with modern overhead lighting.
The master bedroom features enough space for a king-size bed and a large couch.
The primary suite also comes complete with a walk-in closet and a lavish bathroom with dual vanities, a glass-enclosed shower, and a soaking tub.
The other bedrooms boast the same neutral theme and expansive space.
Outside, the home features a sparkling pool surrounded by lush greenery and an outdoor grill area.
Todd and Alexia tied the knot in 2021. In April 2024, Todd filed for divorce and cited their marriage as “irretrievably broken.” The former couple then finalized their divorce in March 2025.
Todd and Alexia’s purchase of the property comes mere months after Todd dropped a $10 million defamation lawsuit against Bravo, NBCUniversal Media, and production company Purveyors of Pop.
According to his lawsuit, Todd accused the program of deliberately portraying him as financially irresponsible.
“RHOM has continued to intentionally and maliciously air defamatory statements about Mr. Nepola and damage his reputation in the Miami business community,” the October filing read, as per The New York Post.
Todd alleged that his name was used on the series without his permission, as he requested a jury trial.
“The Real Housewives of Miami” followed the former couple through much of their marriage and their divorce.
However, Todd claimed that the depiction of their divorce was a lie.
In the lawsuit, Todd alleged the series “crossed the line between entertainment and defamation.”
He also accused producers of enabling “gang-style pile-ons, physical violence, gaslighting and racially charged comments” without interference.
Todd also hit back at the network for falsely depicting his relationship with his stepson, Frankie, 28, who is Alexia’s son from her first marriage and has a brain injury.
“The second you dared portray me as someone who doesn’t care about my stepson, you revealed who you really are,” he said in a video.
“Mr. Nepola wanted to be Alexia’s husband, not her storyline,” the lawsuit added.
However, in December 2025, he threw out his lawsuit against the network, with prejudice, meaning that he can file the lawsuit again. It is unknown why he dropped the lawsuit.
